I am very flexible in rearranging appointments but can only do so if you notify me.  In order to keep costs down, missed appointments and cancellations within 24hrs may be charged 

The Garden Room accepts payment by bank transfer but this must be carried out at the time of the appointment

Vouchers are sold on the understanding that they are valid for 12 months and are considered as taken if an appointment is booked and not cancelled with 24 hours' notice

There is usually parking on Petersham Road either on the slip road next to the house or towards Ham Common
